How pretty is this SHATTUCKITE & PETRIFIED WOOD PENDANT NECKLACE combination? It's a one-of-a-kind piece that is filled with gorgeous gems! The oval pendant has a nice striped pattern of reds, beige and brown. It slides on a silver-plated decorated curved tube and is surrounded by Shattuckite nuggets, silver accents and sterling silver chain, lobster clasp and clasp rings. The overall length is 20".
Shattuckite is highly regarded for it's vivid blue/green turquoise coloring and is found among copper deposits. What makes this stone so beautiful is it's mixed with other copper minerals such as Chrysocolla, Azurite, Malachite, Dioptase, Metallic Bornite, Copper and Quartz. This stone was first mined in 1915 at the Shattuck Mine in Bisbee, Arizona and is also found in the Republic of Congo. Very gorgeous crystal!!
It coordinates perfectly with petrified wood and provides a western flare, but can be worn with many other outfits as well!
The polished shattuckite nugget sizes vary from 7mm to 9mm. The polished petrified wood pendant measures 1.3" x 1.1" (33mm x 29mm).
As shown, we also have a matching shattuckite stretch bracelet, sold separately.
